Refund Policy: Full refund (100%) if canceled up to 3 days before the reservation date
No refund if canceled 2 days prior to the reservation date

On-site Registration: Same-day reservations are available from 11:00 AM at the Yeongdo main store on a first-come, first-served basis,
subject to availability.
※ Remaining seats can only be checked on-site.

Important Notes: Discount coupons cannot be applied to experience reservations.

Bank Transfer/ Virtual Account: The reservation will be automatically canceled
if payment is not completed within 24 hours.
